Use this program for 25 days and 7 days rest after. If sick or stressed do 10 more days Step #1, Pine Eucalyptus1.Each morning or evening wash with Pine Eucalyptus Bath and Shower Gel. Squeeze a small amount into your wash cloth and apply to your body and rinse. Bath : place 1 capful under running water. Soak for 15 minutes. Shower : place ¼ capful and water on washcloth and apply to skin. Rinse well. Step N°2, Inhalation1.To help keep your sinuses and lungs open and protected from viruses and bacteria’s. Place 10 to 25 drops of Inhalation in the diffuser. Inhalation : If you have congested sinuses and lungs use Inhalation as an inhalation, the molecules are suspended in the vapour and then spread through out the respiratory system. Add six drops to a bowl of hot water. Place your head over the bowl covered with a towel. Inhale two to three times daily. Step #3, RelaxantThe immune system can get run down when we feel stressed and pressured. Bain : Place 5 drops in a small pan with 1 t. Solubol. Mix thoroughly and place under running water. Soak for 15 minutes. Massage : Place 12 drops in favourite carrier oil (Almond, Macadamia nut) in a 30ml amber bottle. Massage on temples, forehead, chest and back. Diffuser : Diffuse 5 drops in Nebulizing diffuser for 1hour or as needed. Step #4, Ceylan Balm1.After your nice warm bath or shower with Pin Eucalyptus Bath and Shower Gel while at the same time you have been diffusing Inhalation or Relaxant, rinse and towel yourself off. Then place Organic Ceylon Balm, a specially blended with organic essential oils of thyme bornéol, cinnamon bark, nutmeg, peppermint and geranium on your joints, back and chest.
