Using advice
Bath : Place 5 drops in a small pan with 1 t. Solubol. Mix thoroughly and place under running water. Soak for 15 minutes.
Massage : Place 12 drops in favourite carrier oil (Almond, Macadamia nut) in a 30ml amber bottle. Massage on temples, forehead, chest and back.
Diffuse:5 to 7 drops in Nebulizing diffuser every 10 minutes or as needed.
