Using adviceInhalation : When used as inhalation, the molecules are suspended in the vapour and then spread throughout the respiratory system. Add two drops to a bowl of hot water. Place your head over the bowl covered with a towel. Inhale two to three times daily. Massage : Place 12 drops in 30ml carrier oil (Almond or Macadamia nut oil) and apply to chest and back. Vaporiser : Place 10 drops in vaporiser. |
